API 6FA is a specification from the American Petroleum Institute (API), which specifies requirements and gives recommendations for the performance, dimensional and functional interchangeability, design, materials, testing, inspection, welding, marking, handling, storing, shipment, purchasing, repair and remanufacture of wellhead and christmas tree equipment for use in the petroleum and natural gas industries.

ASME B16.34 standard is intended for valves & pressure equipment manufacturers as EV Metalværk A/S.
This standard is useful for valves, which are designed as flanged, threaded and welding ends. It applies to new construction and covers pressure-temperature ratings, dimensions, tolerances, materials, nondestructive examination requirements, testing, and marking etc. for our SDBB valves. It can also be used in conjunction with equipment described in other volumes of the ASME B16 Series of Standards as well as with other ASME standards, such as the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and the B31 Piping Codes.

PPAP is required both for new part submission as well as approval for any changes on existing part or process, therefore it is very important for us to maintain our quality system, which develops and documents all the requirements of a PPAP submission at any time.
