To maximize uptime on wellheads it is important to keep a simple and strong valve arrangemet around your wellhead. 
Our clients are more that happy to involve EV Metalværk in order to simplify a valve arrangement that over the years got "out of hands". The old valve arrangement will be changed to a manifold and valves with propper connections that will not break. You will have less weigh and save space in the same proces and you will improve the overview and you will add double block and bleed to your system.

During that last decade EV Metalværk has learned from its clients that the piping arrangement and the instrument valves around wellheads in many cases are ready for a "make over". After several years and because of the invironment at sea they are often rusty "noodle" arrangements that are difficult to service and operate.

EV Metalværk has specialized in designing manifolds that will simplify and add safety and easy operation to the piping and valve arrangement on the wellhead. Always with a minimum of leak-points.
